Coach Baz is a dedicated mentor and leader committed to developing young athletes both on and off the field. 2-Time State Champion winner as Head Coach at Jupiter Christian High School with a passion for the game and a deep understanding of athlete development, he focuses on building strong fundamentals, discipline, and confidence—helping athletes reach their full potential in competition and in life.

Known for his relational coaching style, Coach Baz believes that the most effective coaching starts with trust. He invests in each athlete individually, walking alongside them through their growth, challenges, and successes. His approach goes beyond performance, using sports as a platform to teach character, leadership, and resilience.

At the core of his work is his Christian faith. Coach Baz is committed to modeling God’s love through his actions, not just his words—earning the right to speak into the lives of the young men he mentors. He helps athletes understand that their value is not defined by their performance, and that their purpose extends far beyond the game.

Through intentional mentorship, life skill development, and a Christ-centered foundation, Coach Baz is building more than athletes—he is developing strong, grounded young men prepared for life beyond the field… beyond the whistle.

Coach Baz is married to his gorgeous wife Mercedes and they have 2 beautiful daughters together.
